Welcome to the World of Psychedelic Sobriety!
Psychedelics have been used for centuries for spiritual growth, therapeutic benefits, and medicinal uses. Today, more and more people are incorporating psychedelics into their sobriety to reap the transformational benefits that these powerful substances offer to address issues that may remain unresolved through the recovery process. These may include unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, lack of inspiration or meaning in your life, or you simply wish to deepen into your spiritual practice. Many people in sobriety are approaching applying psychedelics to their path of recovery to bring about or deepen the “essential spiritual awakening” that they may not have been able to accomplish despite earnest work with the 12-Steps or other paths of recovery.
As a person in long-term sobriety, having recovered from chronic alcoholism in 2005 through the process of the 12-Steps, I began incorporating psychedelics into my sobriety in 2016 in a conscious, intentional, and responsible way to deepen into my spiritual practice and to address issues that were beyond the scope of other modalities I had tried.

When approached responsibly, with respect and reverence, I believe that psychospiritual practices can be powerful tools to help people heal, grow, and transform. My mission is to provide a safe, recovery informed and compassionate space for people to explore the potential of psychospiritual modalities while maintaining sobriety. Whether you’re looking to explore psychedelic-assisted healing, to use psychedelics as a tool for spiritual growth, or to benefit from the restorative properties of psychedelics, it would be my honor to help.

For members of 12-Step abstinence sobriety culture,
there is an added level of sensitivity, taboo and nuance. From extensive expertise in practical application of 12-Step recovery, comprehensive study of AA literature and history, I work hand in hand with clients on what the Big Book actually says about seeking spiritual awakening, how to navigate what it means to incorporate psychedelics as a spiritual practice or healing tool into sobriety safely and while minimizing risk, and I can guide you through the process of reconciling within yourself your personal path for spiritual growth and healing.
You will find zero shaming here.
My goal for my fellow travelers in recovery is to provide a supportive and educational environment in the interest of harm reduction and promoting individual and public safety in recovery communities, so that those who choose to embark on a Spiritual Path of incorporating psychedelics can do so in a safe and informed manner.

"There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all argument and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance. This principle is contempt prior to examination." - Herbert Spencer |
The great fact is just this, and nothing less: That we have had deep and effective spiritual experiences* which have revolutionized our whole attitude toward life, toward our fellows and toward God’s universe. The central fact of our lives today is the absolute certainty that our Creator has entered into our hearts and lives in a way which is indeed miraculous. He has commenced to accomplish those things for us which we could never do by ourselves.”
